You might be wondering...who ARE the San Antonio Work At Home Moms of Texas (SA WAHM of Texas)?  We're a non-profit organization of women, mostly Moms, but others not, who saw  a need for a group here in San Antonio to help women who own their own home-based businesses.  What started as a small idea to help women is growing and changing each year!

Our first mission is to help each other to SUCCEED. There are many women who give up with their home businesses... not because it wouldn't work, but because they weren't sure how to work it! We saw this and wanted to try and encourage those women by sharing ideas, and giving them the extra boost of confidence  to keep driving forward.

SA WAHM of Texas does this in a couple of ways. We work together as a group to do local events, craft fairs, vendor fairs, WAHM Job Fairs, and home party swapping. We also have many training sessions for various areas of business planned. A few of the topics we talk about are: advertising, taxes, party ideas, organization, how to work at home with kids, and working a business on the Internet.

Our second mission is to make a difference in our community, and give back to it. We want to take part in various community projects as well as hold fund raisers, that will not only benefit our businesses, but the community as a whole as well. We have a few things planned for the next few months, and we hope there will be a big turnout for all our events. Please keep coming back and check our calendar for upcoming events.
